2Is downloading from Instagram legal?
Saving public posts for personal use is generally fine, but the copyright stays with the creator. Ask for permission before sharing or reposting.
3Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and we never ask for your Instagram password.
4What quality do I get?
Photos arrive as JPG and videos as MP4, in the best quality Instagram serves. We add no watermark.
5Can I download from private accounts?
No. If you cannot open the post in a logged-out browser tab, we cannot fetch it either.
6Where do the files go?
On desktop, into your Downloads folder. On Android, into Downloads or Files. On iPhone, open Safari’s downloads list and choose Save to Photos.
7Do you store my links or files?
No. Links are processed in real time and nothing is kept after the download link is delivered.
8Why is a download slow or failing?
Slow networks, VPNs or Instagram rate limits are the usual causes. Try another network or browser, then contact us if it persists.
